Refund Policy

1. Prepaid credit only

Top-ups purchase prepaid service credit that can be used to pay for API usage on Token Hub. Credit is consumed as you make API calls. Token Hub is a software service, not a money-transfer or exchange service, and balance is not a cash deposit.

2. Unused balance

You may request a refund of unused, unbonused credit within 14 days of a top-up, provided the balance was paid for and not received as a promotional bonus. Bonus credit (for example the USDT top-up bonus) and credit already spent on API usage are non-refundable.

3. Cryptocurrency payments

USDT is accepted only as a payment method for service credit. Where a refund of a USDT top-up is approved, it is returned as account credit or, at our discretion, to the originating wallet, net of network fees. We do not exchange, trade, or cash out cryptocurrency.

4. How to request

To request a refund, contact support from your account email with your order reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider or blockchain network.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined for accounts associated with fraud, abuse, chargeback activity, or violations of our Terms of Service. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
