Privacy Policy

We collect the information needed to operate the service: your account email and credentials, API keys you create, request metadata (model, token counts, timestamps, latency, and status), and payment records for top-ups. We do not require real-name identity documents to use the service.

Your prompts and completions are transmitted to the upstream provider needed to fulfil a request. We process request content only to deliver, secure, and bill the service. We do not use your request content to train models.

We use the data to authenticate requests, enforce quotas and rate limits, calculate billing, prevent fraud and abuse, provide usage analytics in your dashboard, and meet legal obligations.

We share request content with the relevant upstream model provider and share payment details with our payment processors only as needed to complete a top-up. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain account, usage, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may delete API keys at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting support.
